Volleyball Recap: Crossland Comes Up Short

Crossland lost against Oxon Hill back in October of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Monday. The Cavaliers came up short against the Clippers, falling 3-0.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-12, 25-11, 25-12.

Crossland's loss dropped their record down to 0-2. As for Oxon Hill, they pushed their record up to 6-1 with the win, which was their fourth straight at home.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming matches. Crossland will get a bit of extra time to process the defeat as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Chesapeake Math & IT Academy North at 6:30 p.m. on the 22nd. As for Oxon Hill, they will head out to square off against Surrattsville at 6:30 p.m. on Friday.
