Volleyball Recap: Shelby County Takes a Loss

Shelby County was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their 14th straight loss dating back to last season. They came up short against the North Oldham Mustangs, falling 3-0.

Shelby County's defeat dropped their record down to 0-7. As for North Oldham, they have been performing well recently as they've won eight of their last ten games. That's provided a nice bump to their 12-7 record this season.

We've got plenty of inter-district action coming up soon. Shelby County is set to face off against their familiar foe Collins at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. Meanwhile, North Oldham will square off against rival Scott at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. The contest will give the Mustangs their first taste of in-conference action this season.
