East lost against Southeast back in February of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The East Aces received a blow as they fell 70-56 to the Southeast Golden Buffalo. The Aces' loss signaled the end of their three-game winning streak.

East's defeat dropped their record down to 5-4. As for Southeast, the victory got them back to even at 4-4.

East will have a little extra prep time after the loss as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on West at 7:30 p.m. on January 28th. As for Southeast, they are taking a road trip to take on Bishop Carroll at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. One thing working in Southeast's favor is that they have posted at least 55 points in their last four contests.
