Football Preview: Checotah Wildcats vs. Eufaula Ironheads
Checotah and Eufaula are an even 5-5 against one another since September of 2015, but not for long. The Wildcats will head out to face off against the Ironheads at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Eufaula took a loss in their last contest and will be looking to turn the tables on Checotah, who comes in off a win.
On Friday, Checotah needed a bit of extra time to put away Idabel. They had just enough and edged out the Warriors 55-53. The high-scoring effort was just what the Wildcats needed considering they were shut out in their previous matchup.

Checotah can attribute much of their success to Jayden Ellen, who rushed for 203 yards and five scores while picking up 7.5 yards per carry, and Cole Rolland, who rushed for 207 yards and three TDs. That's the most rushing touchdowns Rolland has posted since back in September.
