Baseball Recap: Athenian Owls vs. Redwood Christian Eagles

After soaring to ten runs the game before, Athenian was a bit more limited in their match on Friday. They lost 8-1 to the Redwood Christian Eagles. Athenian was given a dose of their own medicine in this game as Redwood Christian apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played last Tuesday.

Athenian saw four different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Wyatt Poage, who went 1-for-3 with a double. The team also got some help courtesy of Noah Olivier, who scored a run and stole two bases while getting on base in two of his four plate appearances.
