Volleyball Recap: Campbell Comes Up Short

Campbell was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their fifth straight loss. They came up short against the Malden Green Wave, falling 3-0. The game snapped a strange streak: the last six times these teams have met, it?s been the away team that?s taken home the W.

Campbell's defeat dropped their record down to 5-16-1. As for Malden, they are on a roll lately: they've won eight of their last nine contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 19-6-3 record this season.

Campbell has already played their next match (against Clarkton), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. As for Malden, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next matchup, a 3-0 loss against Portageville on the 16th.
