Baseball Game Preview: Gadsden County Jaguars vs. Bay Tornadoes

The Gadsden County Jaguars will face off against the Bay Tornadoes at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Gadsden County has now lost eight straight, leaving the team hunting for their first win since March 20.

Gadsden County lost 24-3 to Hamilton County on Friday.

Meanwhile, Bay was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They were a single run away from ending the streak, but they lost a 2-1 heartbreaker at the hands of Lighthouse Private Christian Academy.

Bay's loss dropped their record down to 13-10. As for Gadsden County, their defeat dropped their record down to 1-20.

Gadsden County came out on top in a nail-biter against Bay in their previous matchup back in April of 2023, sneaking past 6-5. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Jaguars since the squad won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
