After losing to Scarborough the last time they met, Cheverus decided to demonstrate that turnabout is fair play. The Cheverus Stags managed a 59-54 victory over the Scarborough Red Storm on Tuesday. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Stags.

Cheverus' win bumped their record up to 13-3. As for Scarborough, they now have a losing record at 7-8.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Cheverus will challenge South Portland at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. One thing working in Cheverus' favor is that they have posted at least 55 points in their last five games. As for Scarborough, they will face off against Windham at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Scarborough is facing Windham at the right time seeing as Windham is stuck on a three-game losing streak.
