Triangle Math & Science fell victim to Woods Charter and their airtight defense on Friday. They lost 9-0 to Wolves. Meanwhile, Ascend Leadership hadn't done well against River Mill recently (they were 0-3 in their previous three matchups), but they didn't let the past get in their way on Wednesday. The Aviators came out on top against the Jaguars by a score of 3-1. The win made it back-to-back victories for Ascend Leadership.

Jordan Marines and Grace Mehall scored all three of Ascend Leadership's goals, bringing their combined season tally to 14 goals.

Ascend Leadership picked up their first road victory, bumping their record up to 3-9. As for Triangle Math & Science, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-16.
