Softball Recap: Mountain View Comes Up Short

Mountain View lost against Timpanogos back in March, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Bruins fell 11-8 to the Timberwolves. The Bruins have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Miranda Secrist was cooking despite her team's loss, going 1-for-3 with one home run and three RBI. The team also got some help courtesy of Haylee Krug, who went 1-for-2 with two runs and one double.

Mountain View's record is now 8-14. As for Timpanogos, their record now sits at 14-5.

We've got plenty of inter-region action coming up soon. Mountain View is set to face off against their familiar foe Provo at 3:30 p.m. on Thursday. Meanwhile, Timpanogos will take on rival Uintah at 3:30 p.m. on Thursday.
