Volleyball Recap: Twentynine Palms Takes a Loss

Twentynine Palms lost against Indio two weeks ago and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Wildcats lost 3-0 to the Rajahs. The Wildcats have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back matches.

While Twentynine Palms was not able to make it on the board, they still kept things close, especially in the second set. The final score came out to 25-17, 25-22, 25-16.

Twentynine Palms' defeat dropped their record down to 6-13. As for Indio, their win was their seventh straight at home, which pushed their record up to 13-6.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Twentynine Palms is set to face off against their familiar foe Yucca Valley at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday. Meanwhile, Indio will square off against rival Coachella Valley at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday.
