Basketball Recap: St. George's Picks Up Fifth Straight Win on the Road

St. George won the last time they faced Evangelical Christian and things went their way on Saturday too. The St. George's Gryphons walked away with a 58-46 victory over the Evangelical Christian Eagles.

St. George's got their win on the backs of several key players, but it was Tristan Farris out in front who went 5-for-6 en route to 15 points. What's more, Farris also posted an 80% three-point shooting accuracy, which is the highest he's achieved since back in November of 2023. Carson Crump was another key player, putting up 13 points.

St. George's pushed their record up to 18-6 with the victory, which was their fifth straight on the road. As for Evangelical Christian, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 7-16.
