Franklin entered their tilt with Greendale on Wednesday with two consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with three. Their defense stepped up to hand the Panthers a 5-0 shutout. Franklin's defense has been rock solid lately; the team hasn't given up a goal in their last three contests.

They hit Greendale with a four-pronged attack, as the team got scores from Xaiden Xiong (2), Mihajlo Marinkovic, Colby Kamlay, and Dusan Novakovich.

Franklin's win bumped their record up to 11-2-3. As for Greendale, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 6-5.
