Volleyball Recap: Murtaugh Comes Up Short + How To Watch

After flying high against Lighthouse Christian on Thursday, Murtaugh came back down to earth. The Red Devils fell 3-1 to the Butte County Pirates on Tuesday. The Red Devils have struggled against the Pirates recently, as the game was their fifth consecutive lost matchup.

The final score came out to 25-8, 25-14, 21-25, 25-7.

Murtaugh's loss dropped their record down to 12-7. As for Butte County, the victory (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 15-2.

Looking ahead, Murtaugh will venture away from home to square off against Glenns Ferry at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Butte County, they will take on Clark County in a tournament on Saturday.
