Lakes is 7-1 against Mount Tahoma since November of 2014, and they'll have a chance to extend that success on Friday. Mount Tahoma was unstoppable on the ground and finished the game with 320 rushing yards. That's the most rushing yards they've posted since back in October of 2023.

Mount Tahoma wouldn't let Silas keep a hold of the ball as they managed to force seven fumbles. Mount Tahoma can thank Veron Lockett and Andrew Asaeli for forcing all of them.

Lakes' win was their fourth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 8-0. As for Mount Tahoma, the victory got them back to even at 4-4.

Friday's game might be decided in the on the ground. Lakes has been excellent on the ground this season, having averaged 174.9 rushing yards per game. However, it's not like Mount Tahoma struggles in that department as they've been averaging 209.9. It's looking like Friday's contest might have some serious battles in the trenches.
