Sacred Heart Prep came tearing into Tuesday's match with six straight wins , and they left with even more momentum. They were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Crystal Springs Uplands Gryphons. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 3-0 back in September.

The final score came out to 25-10, 25-17, 25-14.

Poema Ueligitone paced Sacred Heart Prep's offense, picking up 12 kills. Ueligitone got some help from Sofia Peypoch and her 29 assists. Elie Sabo controlled things from the service line, finishing with three aces.

Sacred Heart Prep's win bumped their record up to 20-6. As for Crystal Springs Uplands, they have been struggling recently as they've lost seven of their last eight matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 6-10 record this season.

Sacred Heart Prep wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 3-0 victory against Notre Dame on the 22nd. As for Crystal Springs Uplands, they will head out to face off against Mercy at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday.
