There's no place like home for Veritas Christian Academy, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Friday. They breezed by The Master's Academy Lions to the tune of 65-38 on Monday. The Warriors have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won eight contests by 27 points or more this season.

Veritas Christian Academy found their leader in freshman Owen Foote, who posted 17 points. Lee Burgess was another key player, putting up eight points.

The win snapped Veritas Christian Academy's losing streak at three games and leaves them with a 11-8 record. As for The Master's Academy, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 5-8.

Veritas Christian Academy wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next match, a 63-29 victory against Reynolds Mountain Christian Academy on the 4th. The Master's Academy does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
