Softball Recap: Lauderdale County Takes a Loss

Lauderdale County saw some tournament action on Saturday. They fell 4-1 to the Lamar County Bulldogs.

Lauderdale County has also traveled a rocky road recently, having lost three of their last four contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 17-14 record this season. As for Lamar County, they now have a winning record of 18-17.

Lamar County didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next game, a 9-8 defeat against Athens Bible on the 19th. Hopefully Lauderdale County paid attention to the Bulldogs' matchup: the next time they hit the field, they'll take on the Bulldogs at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday.
