There's no place like home for St. Brendan, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Monday. They were the clear victor by an 8-1 margin over the Palmer Trinity Falcons on Wednesday. With that win, the Sabres brought their scoring average up to 6.1 runs per game.

Henry Perera looked comfortable as he kept things locked down with no earned runs or hits over four innings pitched.

At the plate, the team relied heavily on Diego Alvarez, who scored a run while getting on base in three of his four plate appearances. The dominant performance also gave him a new career-high in RBI (two). Another player making a difference was Alan Perez, who scored a run and stole a base while going 1-for-4.
