Volleyball Recap: Frederic Comes Up Short

Frederic was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their seventh straight loss. They lost 3-0 to the Grantsburg Pirates. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Pirates this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 3-0 back in September.

The match finished with set scores of 25-11, 25-18, 25-11.

Frederic's defeat dropped their record down to 10-18. As for Grantsburg, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won 17 of their last 19 contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 26-6 record this season.

As of now, neither Frederic nor Grantsburg have any future games scheduled.
