Basketball Recap: Tuesday's Victory Is Sussex Central's Fifth in Last Six Outings

Sussex Central won the last time they faced Milford and things went their way on Tuesday too. The Sussex Central Golden Knights walked away with a 61-50 win over the Milford Buccaneers.

Sussex Central is also on a roll lately: they've won five of their last six games, which provided a nice bump to their 8-4 record this season. As for Milford, they moved to 8-5 with that defeat, which also ended their three-game winning streak.

Sussex Central will welcome Dover at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday. Sussex Central knows how to get points on the board -- the squad has finished with 55 points or more in their past three matches -- so hopefully Dover likes a good challenge. As for Milford, they will head out on the road to face off against Lake Forest at 5:45 p.m. on Thursday.
