Soccer Game Preview: Trinity Christian vs. The Linsly School

Trinity Christian is 2-8 against The Linsly School since September of 2017 but they'll have a chance to close the gap a little bit on Tuesday. The Warriors will look to defend their home pitch against the Cadets at 6:00 p.m. Trinity Christian will be strutting in after a victory while The Linsly School will be coming in after a loss.

Trinity Christian took a loss when they played away from home on Wednesday, but their home fans gave them all the motivation they needed on Friday. They never let South Harrison get on the board and left with a 3-0 win. Considering Trinity Christian have won six matches by more than two goals this season, Friday's blowout was nothing new.

Meanwhile, The Linsly School came up short against Washington on Saturday, falling 4-1.

Trinity Christian's victory was their fourth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 9-8. The home wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 18 goals over those four matchups. As for The Linsly School, their defeat dropped their record down to 8-8-1.
