Littleton is a perfect 5-0 against Englewood since April of 2021 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Thursday. The Lions will be playing at home against the Pirates at 7:00 p.m. Neither team made it on the board the last time they hit the pitch, so they've probably got a bit of extra motivation.

Littleton managed to keep up with Wheat Ridge until halftime on Monday, but things quickly went downhill from there. The Lions came up short against the Farmers, falling 4-0. Littleton have struggled against Wheat Ridge recently, as the game was their fifth consecutive lost matchup.

Meanwhile, there's no place like home for Englewood, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Wednesday. Their defense stepped up to hand Middle Park a 1-0 shutout on Monday. The victory was a breath of fresh air for Englewood as it put an end to their three-match losing streak.

Their one-goal win came courtesy of Nathan Elizondo Ortiz, who's now up to four this season.

Littleton's defeat dropped their record down to 0-8. As for Englewood, their win bumped their record up to 3-5-1.

Littleton skirted past Englewood 2-1 in their previous meeting back in October of 2024. Do the Lions have another victory up their sleeve, or will the Pirates turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
