Soccer Game Preview: Wayne County vs. Richland

For the first time this season, Wayne County will have a chance to prove themselves in a conference matchup on Tuesday. They will look to take advantage of their home pitch for the first time this season as they take on the Richland Raiders at 6:30 p.m. Considering both teams were shutout in their prior games, the pair is probably coming into this one with something to prove.

Wayne County is coming home looking for redemption after taking a loss in their road opener. They lost 9-0 to Adamsville on Thursday. The Wildcats have struggled against the Cardinals recently, as the game was their fifth consecutive lost meetings.

Meanwhile, Richland fell victim to Lawrence County and their airtight defense on Saturday. They came up short against the Wildcats, falling 3-0.
