Volleyball Recap: Mountain Pointe Takes a Loss

The Mountain Pointe Pride came up short against the Verrado Vipers on Tuesday, falling 3-0. The Pride have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

The match finished with set scores of 25-14, 25-18, 25-14.

Mountain Pointe's loss dropped their record down to 3-16. As for Verrado, they pushed their record up to 22-8 with the win, which was their sixth straight at home.

Looking ahead, Mountain Pointe will welcome Willow Canyon at 7:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Verrado, they didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 3-0 victory against Buckeye on the 25th.
