Preview: Fitch vs. East Lyme

After two games on the road, East Lyme is heading back home. They will square off against Fitch at 6:30 p.m. ET on Friday. East Lyme has a defense that allows only 18.57 points per game, so Fitch's offense will have their work cut out for them.

The Vikings were able to grind out a solid victory over New London last week, winning 26-19. Scott Galbo and Noah Perry were among the main playmakers for the Vikings as the former caught three passes for 75 yards and two TDs and the latter picked up 46 yards on the ground on 11 carries and threw two passing touchdowns. Galbo didn't help his team much against Hand two weeks ago, so this was a nice turnaround for him. Galbo scored three touchdowns overall-- his season high.

Meanwhile, the Falcons didn't finish too far behind, but the team still lost 33-29 to Norwich Free Academy.

The Vikings suffered a grim 39-6 defeat to the Falcons when the two teams last met in November of last year. Maybe East Lyme will have more luck at home instead of on the road? Check back on MaxPreps for all the details.
