Volleyball Recap: Century Falls Short Against Ranked South Salem

Century faced South Salem in a battle between two of the state's top teams on Sunday. The Jaguars came up short against the Saxons, falling 3-0. The matchup marked the first time this season in which the Jaguars were not able to get on the board.

South Salem's victory was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Connor Wolfgram, who had 11 digs and one block. Wolfgram has been hot for a while, having also posted 14 or more assists the last 23 times he's played. Another player making a difference was Logan Scott, who had 12 digs and one assist.
