Softball Recap: Cleveland Cavaliers vs. Taft Toreadors

Cleveland had lost 11 straight on the road dating back to last season, but on Monday they dropped down to 2-13 to make it 12. They came up short against the Taft Toreadors, falling 13-3. As for Taft, their victory was their first in the league, bumping their league record up to 1-3 and their overall record up to 6-6. Their offense finally found a way to get into gear: the high-octane performance was a 180-degree turn from their last three games.

On Taft's side, Chiara Cioffi made a big impact while hitting and pitching.
