Baseball Recap: Forman Comes Up Short

Forman lost against Wooster on April 9th, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Wednesday. The Lions fell just short of the Generals by a score of 4-3. The Lions have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Shane Rosenthal made the most of his time at bat despite the final result and went 1-for-3 with three stolen bases, one run, and one double. Another player making a difference was Jack Adams, who got on base in two of his three plate appearances with two stolen bases and one run.

Forman's defeat dropped their record down to 1-3. As for Wooster, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 5-1.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Forman will square off against Harvey at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday. As for Wooster, they will face off against Oakwood Friends at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday.
