Bible Baptist had to skate by with only a three-point margin when they last took the court, which might have inspired the 35-point drubbing they dealt Cornerstone Baptist Academy on Thursday. The Bible Baptist Eagles really took it to the Cornerstone Baptist Academy Eagles for the full four quarters, racking up a 55-20 win. The game was pretty much decided by the half, when the score had already reached 33-12.

Bible Baptist got their victory on the backs of several key players, but it was Marcos Carrillo out in front who went 5 for 11 on his way to 10 points and three steals. The team also got some help courtesy of David Martinez, who posted eight points and 11 rebounds.
