            Volleyball Recap: Lewis Mills Spartans vs. Hall Titans        
        
		
        
        
            Lewis Mills was not able to break out of their rough patch  on Wednesday as the team picked up their fourth straight  loss. They came up short against  the Hall Titans, falling  3-0. The Spartans were not able to make up for their  defeat to the Titans from their previous meeting  back in April of 2024.
 Lewis Mills was held off the scoreboard, but that almost wasn't the case: they kept the  second set very close. The match finished with set scores of 25-11, 25-23,  25-18.
 Grady Mullen paced Lewis Mills' offense, picking up nine kills. Mullen got some help from  Andrew Hurd and his 22 assists.
  Joshua Ng was nothing short of spectacular for Hall: he  had 16  digs and four  aces. That's the most  aces  Ng has posted since back in April of 2024.
Lewis Mills' loss dropped their record down to 1-16. As for Hall, their victory was  their third straight on the road, which  pushed their record up to 11-6.
 Looking ahead, Lewis Mills will venture away from home to  take on Maloney  at 5:00  p.m.  on Friday. Maloney will roll in looking for their  fifth straight  win, something Lewis Mills surely won't give up without a fight. As for Hall, they have already played their next game,  a  3-0  defeat against Conard on the 22nd.
