Softball Recap: Horatio Comes Up Short

After some red-hot attacks at the plate in their last four matches, Horatio finally came back down to earth on Friday. They fell just short of the White Hall Bulldogs by a score of 2-0. The game marked the first time this season in which the Lions were not able to get on the board.

Horatio now has a losing record of 5-6. As for White Hall, the win was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 8-6-1.

Horatio and White Hall will both get a bit of extra prep time before their next contests. The next time Horatio sees the field they'll take on De Queen at 4:30 p.m. on the 31st. As for White Hall, their break will end when they face Sheridan at 5:00 p.m. on April 1.
