After a string of five wins, Summit's good fortune finally ran out on Saturday. They fell just short of the Westview Wildcats by a score of 2-1.

Summit's defeat dropped their record down to 18-7. As for Westview, they are on a roll lately: they've won six of their last seven matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 17-8 record this season.

Summit will be playing at home against Bend at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Westview, they wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next matchup, a 2-0 loss against Sheldon on the 18th.
