Football Recap: Warren Comes Up Short on the Road Against Circleville

Warren had to start their season on the road on Friday, and it wasn't the start they were hoping for. They were just a hair shy of victory and fell 16-15 to the Circleville Tigers. If the Warriors were looking for revenge after losing 32-27 to the Tigers when the teams met back in August of 2024, then they'll just have to keep looking.

Several Warriors players turned in solid performances despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Eric Carr, who rushed for 213 yards. The team also got some help courtesy of Braylen Murray, who rushed for 45 yards and one score.

Coming up, Warren will square off against Morgan at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Circleville, they will take on Washington at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
