If Yerington wanted to avenge their loss from the last time they played Incline, they should've done a better job of containing Lucas MacDonald. The Highlanders were the clear victors by a 53-32 margin over the Lions on Saturday for which the team can thank MacDonald, who threw for 328 yards and four TDs while picking up 12.1 yards per attempt, and also rushed for 108 yards and one score on only 13 carries. His passing game has become a key predictor of Incline's success: the team is undefeated when his passer rating is 100 or higher, but only 1-2 otherwise.

The win made it two in a row for Incline and bumps their season record up to 7-2. The victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 42.0 points over those games. As for Yerington, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-4.

Incline does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Yerington, they are taking a road trip to challenge North Tahoe at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday.
