North Laurel waltzed into their matchup on Saturday with four straight wins... but they left with five. They walked away with a 51-44 victory over the Ryle Raiders. Given the Jaguars' advantage in MaxPreps' Kentucky basketball rankings (they are ranked third, while the Raiders are ranked 97th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

North Laurel's win bumped their record up to 24-2. As for Ryle, they are on a ten-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 7-21.
