Volleyball Recap: St. Edward Comes Up Short

St. Edward was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their 12th straight defeat. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Evergreen Park Mustangs.

St. Edward's loss dropped their record down to 1-15. As for Evergreen Park, with the victory, they broke their six-game losing streak and moved their record to 9-20.

Coincidentally, St. Edward and Evergreen Park will both be playing Illinois Math & Science Academy the next time they take the court. The Mustangs will head out to face the Titans at 1:15 p.m. on Saturday, while the Green Wave will play them later in the day, at 2:15 p.m.
