Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Divine Savior Academy). They claimed a resounding 43-7 victory over the Hialeah Educational Academy Biggie. The Sharks have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Biggie, too.

Divine Savior Academy got their win on the backs of several key players, but it was Aida Johnston out in front who posted six points along with ten boards and three steals. What's more, Johnston also racked up four assists, the most she's had since back in December of 2023. Claudia Cardenas was another key player, putting up eight points and five rebounds.

Divine Savior Academy smashed the offensive glass and finished the game with 20 offensive boards. That's the most offensive rebounds they've managed all season.

Divine Savior Academy's victory bumped their record up to 5-7. As for Hialeah Educational Academy, their loss was their fifth straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 0-5.
