D.C. Everest came tearing into Thursday's game with nine straight wins , and they left with even more momentum. They never let the Wisconsin Rapids Lincoln Red Raiders get on the board and left with a 3-0 victory. That's two games straight that the Evergreens have won by exactly three runs.

D.C. Everest's win was their fifth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 10-3. Those road victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 6.6 runs over those games. As for Wisconsin Rapids Lincoln, they have been struggling recently as they've lost four of their last five matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 6-7 record this season.
