Soccer Recap: Bear Grass Charter Takes a Loss

After flying high against North Edgecombe last Wednesday, Bear Grass Charter came back down to earth. The Bears lost 3-0 to the Cape Hatteras Hurricanes on Tuesday. While getting shut out isn't ideal, Bear Grass Charter haven't been shut out since back in September.

Bear Grass Charter now has a losing record of 8-9. As for Cape Hatteras, the victory (which was their fourth in a row) raised their record to 8-4-2.

Bear Grass Charter has already played their next match, a 6-0 win against Mattamuskeet on the 23rd. As for Cape Hatteras, they also wasted no time getting back out on the pitch and have already played their next contest, a 4-3 defeat against Holmes on the 23rd.
