Basketball Recap: Umpqua Valley Christian Piles Up the Points Against North Lake

Umpqua Valley Christian put another one in the bag on Tuesday to keep their perfect season alive. They blew past the North Lake Cowboys, posting a 60-32 victory. Fans of the Monarchs have seen this all before: every one of the games they've played this season has ended in a blowout of 20+ points.

Umpqua Valley Christian pushed their record up to 3-0 with the win, which was their third straight at home. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 57.3 points per game. As for North Lake, they now have a losing record at 1-2.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Umpqua Valley Christian will venture away from home to take on Bonanza at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. As for North Lake, they will face off against Lakeview at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday.
