Three Lakes came tearing into Saturday's game with five straight wins , and they left with even more momentum. They came within a single set of losing the streak, but they secured a 2-1 W against the Thorp Cardinals. For the Bluejays, this counts as revenge for the 2-1 win the Cardinals walked away with the last time they faced one another back in August of 2024.

The match was a true back-and-forth as no team won consecutive sets, but in the end it was Three Lakes who won the one that mattered. The final score came out to 25-22, 19-25, 15-12.

Three Lakes' victory bumped their record up to 6-0.

Three Lakes didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 2-0 defeat against Fall Creek on the 30th. Thorp has also already played their next contest (against Marathon), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
