Baseball Recap: Chamberlain Storm vs. Wharton Wildcats
Chamberlain was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their 13th straight defeat dating back to last season. They lost 14-4 to the Wharton Wildcats. If the Storm were looking for revenge after losing 13-3 to the Wildcats when the teams met back in March of 2024, then they'll just have to keep looking.
Chamberlain saw four different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Xavier Ether, who scored a run while going 2-for-3. Dylan Wormack also deserves some recognition as he brought in his first RBI of the season.
Chamberlain's loss dropped their record down to 0-12. As for Wharton, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won eight of their last nine matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 11-2 record this season.
