Basketball Recap: North Yarmouth Academy Takes a Loss

After flying high against Old Orchard Beach last Wednesday, North Yarmouth Academy came back down to earth. The North Yarmouth Academy Panthers fell just short of the Dirigo Cougars by a score of 48-45 on Tuesday. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Cougars this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 48-47 back in December of 2024.

North Yarmouth Academy's defeat dropped their record down to 11-7. As for Dirigo, their victory bumped their record up to 11-8.

As of now, neither North Yarmouth Academy nor Dirigo have any future games scheduled.
