Volleyball Game Preview: Cuyahoga Falls Black Tigers vs. Copley Indians

Cuyahoga Falls is 0-10 against Copley since October of 2016 but things could change on Thursday. The Black Tigers will challenge the Indians at 7:00 p.m. Both teams took a loss in their last game, so they'll have plenty of motivation to get the 'W'.

Cuyahoga Falls came up short against Aurora on Tuesday, falling 3-0.

The final score came out to 25-13, 25-11, 25-19.

Zoey Green put forth a good effort for the losing side as she had ten digs and two aces. Miley Genet also deserves some recognition as she served her first ace of the season.

Meanwhile, Copley didn't have quite enough to beat Medina on Wednesday and fell 3-2.

Copley wouldn't go down easily and took Medina into a fifth set but they suffered a heartbreaking 12-point loss. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-20, 12-25, 22-25, 25-20, 25-13.

Cuyahoga Falls' defeat dropped their record down to 3-14. As for Copley, their loss dropped their record down to 12-7.

Cuyahoga Falls might still be hurting after the 3-0 defeat they got from Copley in their previous meeting back in September. Can the Black Tigers avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
