Dimond is a perfect 10-0 against Chugiak since May of 2017 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Tuesday. The Lynx will face off against the Mustangs at 7:30 p.m. Both squads will be entering this one on the heels of a big victory.

Dimond is coming in fresh off a high-stakes matchup with another one of Alaska's top teams: Bettye Davis East Anchorage, who was ranked 14th at the time (Dimond was ranked fourth). The Lynx never let the Thunderbirds get on the board and left with a 4-0 victory on Saturday. The win made it back-to-back victories for Dimond.

Meanwhile, after failing to score in their last matchup, Chugiak made sure to put some goals up on the board against Bartlett on Thursday. They were the clear victors by a 14-0 margin over the Golden Bears. It was an even better day for Landon Bobo as he scored three goals for his team.

Chugiak now has a winning record of 6-5. As for Dimond, their win bumped their record up to 11-3-1.

Everything went Dimond's way against Chugiak in their previous matchup two weeks ago, as Dimond made off with a 4-1 victory. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Lynx since the squad won't have the home-pitch advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
