Kenston suffered their biggest defeat since December 11, 2023 on Thursday. They suffered a tough 60-37 loss at the hands of Mayfield. Even though the team lost, they still had their share of impressive performances. One of the most dominant came from Alexis Black, who dropped a double-double on 12 points and ten rebounds. The team also got some help courtesy of Regan Trusley, who scored six points.

This contest is one where the number of possessions is likely to be a big factor: North have been smashing the glass this season, having averaged 28.1 rebounds per game. However, it's not like Kenston struggles in that department as they've been averaging 25 rebounds per game. Given these competing strengths, it'll be interesting to see how their clash plays out.
Everything came up roses for North against Kenston in their previous matchup back in February of 2023 as the team secured a 68-31 victory. With North ahead 41-19 at the half, the contest was all but over already.
