Volleyball Recap: Holmes Takes a Loss

Holmes lost against Notre Dame Academy on October 1st and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Bulldogs came up short against the Pandas, falling 3-0. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest defeat the Bulldogs have suffered since October 21, 2024.

Notre Dame Academy found their leader in sophomore Dara Jackson, who had nine digs and seven aces. Those seven aces set a new season-high mark for Jackson. The team also got some help courtesy of Kaia Tilden, who had seven aces.

Holmes' loss dropped their record down to 3-23. As for Notre Dame Academy, they have been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 25-7 record this season.

As of now, neither Holmes nor Notre Dame Academy have any future games scheduled.
