Softball Recap: Glenwood Takes a Loss

After soaring to 11 runs the game before, Glenwood was a bit more limited in their game on Saturday. They came up short against the Elmore County Panthers, falling 13-2. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest loss the Gators have suffered since March 17th.

Glenwood's defeat dropped their record down to 11-17-2. As for Elmore County, they are on a roll lately: they've won nine of their last 11 matchups. That's provided a massive bump to their 16-11 record this season.

Glenwood will host Loachapoka at 4:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Elmore County, they wasted no time getting back out on the field and have already played their next contest, a 14-1 win against Benjamin Russell on the 12th.
