Magnolia Science Academy Reseda entered their contest against Magnolia Science Academy Van Nuys on Friday without any home losses, but there's a first time for everything. The Warriors came up short against the Mustang, falling 3-0. Unfortunately, that's the third time they've come up short against the Mustang this season, with their most recent loss being a 3-0 defeat back in March.

While Magnolia Science Academy Reseda ultimately came up short, they didn't go down without a fight: they scored at least 19 points in every set they played. The match finished with set scores of 25-19, 25-21, 25-20.

This is the second loss in a row for Magnolia Science Academy Reseda and nudges their season record down to 7-3. As for Magnolia Science Academy Van Nuys, the victory was the eighth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 8-1.
